AWH..what a great shower experience

I am so glad that my aunt gave me this as part of my Christmas gift because if not I never would have purchased it and would have been truly missing out on a good thing.When I got it, I thought how does thing work but its real simple.You open the package and theres a tablet about the size of a 1/2 dollar or a little bigger. Then you put in the shower floor, where the water will hit it but you will not be stepping on it.When the warm water hits the tablet, the vapors fill up the shower and you can just fill it working down your throat and into your nose, its so refreshing.I forgot I was even taking a shower and just stood there.

Me and my husband both had been struggling with sore throats that werent going away so I tried to talk him into using it.WEll, he wouldnt he said "its for woman"!I had to prove him wrong so I just threw it into his shower while he was showering and he too was completely shocked.It doesnt heal you or make your cold go away but it helps so much.By the time you get out of the shower you do feel like a whole new person.
