B-6 for Morning Sickness

I have had terrible morning sickness with my pregnancy.On the advice of my midwife I tried taking vitamin b-6.

The pills are small and easy to swallow.They are 100mg.You take on every morning and it somehow battles the morning sickness while giving you a burst of much needed energy.

I was a little leery of taking anything at all during my pregnancy, but I was unable to keep any food down and desperate for a little relief.The vitamin B-6 did work for about half the day.I did not take it every day, more like every other day.i did not have any side effects, and my doctor was fine with my taking the supplement.

I would recommend taking this if you are having problems with morning sickness, but please consult your physician or midwife first.
