B 6 For Morning Sickness By kateri27 on - Updated Sep 18, 2011
I have had terrible morning sickness with my pregnancy. On the advice of my midwife I tried taking vitamin b-6.
The pills are small and easy to swallow. They are 100mg. You take on every morning and it somehow battles the morning sickness while giving you a burst of much needed energy.
I was a little leery of taking anything at all during my pregnancy, but I was unable to keep any food down and desperate for a little relief. The vitamin B-6 did work for about half the day. I did not take it every day, more like every other day. i did not have any side effects, and my doctor was fine with my taking the supplement.
I would recommend taking this if you are having problems with morning sickness, but please consult your physician or midwife first.
