This is one of the best baby carriers you will ever buy. It is more expensive, but it is worth every penny. We tried the Snugli brand baby carrier before this to try and save some money, but we both hated it and went ahead and spent the extra money to get the Bjorn. I'm so glad we did. It is very sturdy and holds up great. The straps are minimal, so you don't feel like you are in a straight jacket, but are still being supported. My son loved riding in this and I would carry him around for hours at a time. It's great to be able to be carrying your baby and still have your hands free. It made it easy for me to pacify him and be able to do what I needed to do as well. Spend the extra money and get this nicer carrier!
