Baby Einstein Moisturizing Baby Lotion 17 Fl Oz By halcammom on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

The Baby Einstein Splash and Discover Moisturizing Baby Lotion is like any other hypoallergenic baby lotion. What makes this lotion different is the bottle. The bright, colorful numbers and shapes on the sides are raised for your baby to feel. So bathtime becomes learning time too. Although the concept is good, I think that this product is overpriced. I will probably not spend 5.00 on a bottle of lotion again when I can get other lotions for a fraction of the cost. I have plenty of teaching toys for my son so I don't need a bottle of lotion to teach him the shapes, numbers and colors.

For the lotion specifics, it is made with aloe and is hypoallergenic. It has a clean smell that is not overpowering. It is not too thin, but not too thick either. It absorbs easily into the skin and does not leave a greasy feel.

Who knew Baby Einstein branched out into lotions, I agree that $5.00 is a bit too pricey for this!

I think all baby products are on the pricey side. Overall though, it seems like a good lotion. I hate lotions that leave a greas residue on your skin.
