Baby Orajel nightime formula includes additional pain relievers that baby needs for the more serious nighttime pain relief.
I am not a fan of the tube packaging, and honestly notivce no difference in using nighttime orajel on my daughter then I do when I use the standard orajel. It is hard to apply to a teething babies mouth, and putting the gel in her mouth while she is crying in pain is sort of a shot in the dark. You are not really sure you got it in the right place.
Still with all of that being said her crying does subside in about five minutes which is definately a good thing. I will continue to use this product throughout the teething adventure. It is a little expensive, and whether or not it works is questionable in my mind, but better safe then sorry in my book.

My son's ped doc told us that "babies just cry...teething doesn't cause them any pain." We don't go there any more:0) That lady had NO IDEA what she was talking about. Orajel is a wonderful and necessary thing for any mommy's sanity.
I used Orejel with my son during those teething times!
