Baby Says Mum Mum! By Jan Mayrhofer on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

If you have any small children, then you know how hard it can be to get a break and try to get any work done! I don't have this problem myself anymore, as my kids are all grown up, but when I look at our home movies from those days, I am always shocked at what a mess my house was.

Now I have a one year old granddaughter and my daughter is having the same problem. There are things you can do, of course, to occupy your baby for short periods of time, so that you can accomplish some small task, and the Baby Mum-mums baby snacks are one such thing. Baby Samantha can sit in her highchair, and will be perfectly content for fifteen to twenty minutes as long as you give her some of her "mum-mums", which, by the way, is the perfect name for them because every time Samantha gets one she says, "mum-mum!"

The individual packages come with two rice rusks in them. The baby has her front teeth and takes tiny little bites which then dissolve in her mouth. She absolutely loves them and then begs for more when hers are gone.

Meanwhile, her mom can quickly make her brother's lunch for school, or start dinner, or some other quick chore while baby is safely, happily strapped in her high chair. Mum-mums are not at all messy, are gluten free, fat and oil free and really yummy to baby.

I was wondering if these fell apart like Zwieback toast do, until I read your review. Thanks for the info. My sister is on her 5th child so when he's born I will make sure she checks these out.
