Babystyle Maternity Jeans
By traceyb22 onWhen I was only a few months pregnant and just starting to show, I wandered into the Babystyle store at our local mall.I noticed right away that they had really cute stuff, but it was too expensive for my budget.I happened to pick up a pair of of jeans that had been marked way down ($12.99 from $80, I think).They were my size and I couldn't pass up that good of a deal, so I bought them.They became my favorite maternity jeans.
They didn't look at all maternity jeans - no big belly pouch, no fat elastic waistband.The denim was stretchyand they were cut to fit under your stomach.They looked like a normal pair of jeans I would wear if I wasn't pregnant.I used to jokingly call them my moviestar jeans, because of how well they fit. I wore them throughout most of my pregnancy.I didn't have to give them up until the last month when NOTHING fit.They were comfortable and they washed well.They still look good after lots of wear and lots of washing.
I wish these jeans weren't so expensive, but if you can find a deal like I did or if they fit into your budget, I really reccommend them.It was great to have a pair of jeans that I really felt good in, even as I got bigger and bigger.Every girl should have a stylish pair of jeans, even when she's expecting!
I won't be needing any maternity jeans anytime soon but I will keep these in mind for anyone I know who might! Thank you for sharing!
I don't think I have ever heard of the babystyle store, maybe because I have no need to look for it but it looks like you got an awesome bargin on these. I am all about clearance.

I'll have to keep my eye out of a good sale pair of these when I need some. Even though they are a bit expensive normally, if they're that good, I might just have to get some anyway. :-)

Wow what a deal you found! I agree you should have some stylish clothes when you are expecting. I don't think I would have paid $80 for them but a sale is a great find!
Unfortunately, I won't need maternity clothes but if anyone I know becomes pregnant, I will be sure to let them know about these.
That seems to be the downfall of maternity clothes-they are expensive but you're right-just because you're pregnant does not mean you can't look cute AND be comfy!!
It's nice to read about a pair of maternity jeans without the band that are comfortable. Good thing you got a deal.
