Back2 Life By cece on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

If you experience lower back pain, this can help. I have use this for several months and have noticed a difference. While not completely free from pain as the commerical states, it has relieved it.

I have a ruptured disc and a herniated disc and want to avoid surgery and medications. While sceptical that this would work, I decided to try it. I would have a lot of pain sitting in a chair and this has elevated that considerably. While doing chores that require a lot of bending over, I would pay the next few days with a lot of pain. Since using the Back2Life, I still have some pain, but it doesn't last as long and isn't untolerable.

This may be hard for an older person or someone with mobility issues, because you do have to lay on the floor to use it and it may be hard to get up afterward.

It’s good that this product helped alleviate the pain. But I hope you’ll be able to find medication so that you won’t be able to suffer pain in the coming years. I found one site about herniated disc and hope this add to your research: http://www.disc-herniated.com/herniated_disc_treatment

One thing that's important to know is that there is NO correlation between how your back would look on an x-ray, ct-scan or MRI and what you really feel like. Therefore, going for surgery to repair a disc might not give anything positive at all, the pain might be worse afterwards.
