Backpack That Will Probably Last A Lifetime By May Monten on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I bought this backpack about 15 years ago, and it's still in great shape! I wouldn't be surprised if it lasted longer than I did.

I don't remember how much it cost, except that I do remember it was expensive, and that I had bought it on sale.

I'm sure they don't still make the same exact style (which is a very attractive black with lavender trim), but I just wanted to let you know that the quality of this brand is outstanding.

I've carried very heavy books in the backpack, and taken it on hikes, and been in the sun and the rain, and the thing is just indestructible. Shoulder padding is still intact, zippers work perfectly, seams never split, etc.

Definitely recommended. Just make sure, when you pick your style, that you get one you like, because you may be living with it for a long long time.
