When I finally decided to get a Baggallini Messenger Bag, I did not have to decide which color I wanted. That was easy. Even with all the cool colors available, choosing purple is a no brainer for me. But I did need to decide on the type of fabric. I chose the rip-stop fabric. It looks pretty stain resistant, it looks like it will hold up well, and it looks good.

I ordered my Baggallini from Shoebuy.com. They were having a sale, plus I got an additional 10% off for being a first time customer. My Bagg arrived within a few days. When I first opened it, I noticed it had some weight to it. The fabric was not thin and cheap. The metal was not lightweight and chintzy looking. This bag had substance.

This is a shoulder strap bag, which is perfect for me. There are many compartments, both zippered and unzippered, both inside and outside this bag.

Inside a zippered compartment located on the outside of the padded adjustable shoulder strap, there is the coolest place to put very important things like credit cards, money, and IDs.

On one side of this bag, there is a covered cell phone holder, which I liked a lot. On the other side of the bag there is an open netted section for a water bottle. I did noticed sometimes my water bottle fell out of there if I was leaning over too much, so I wish the elastic around that section was tighter.

There is a medium sized zippered pocket in front. Inside that are lots of sections for credit cards, money, and all kinds of things. There is a really cool keychain hook inside here too. I really like that. There is a smaller zippered pocked on the outside of the medium pocket which is a nice add-on.

The main section, which is also the largest compartment the Baggallini has, is a decent size for one textbook, but this is not the sort of bag you would use at school. It is just too small. I find it to be a nice little day bag with the focus being on little. The main section is void of any compartments in order to maximize it's size and use.

I am happy with this Baggallini Messenger Bag. It is definitely a quality product.
