This Banana Boat Baby Sunblock is a great product. It has a SPF 50 rating. I use this on my two youngest daughters ages 4 and 5. We used it every time we went swimming at our local pool this summer. We have a membership at this pool so we went many times. Since we started using this product not once did the children get any type of sunburn. I would apply it before we left home and then again in a couple of hours. What I like best about this product is that it is "tear free". It is as mild as water. The lotion does not sting sensitive skin since it i hypoallergenic and fragrance free. It is also waterproof. We used this lotion also during our trip to Disney World. This lotion protected the kids skin from the Florida sun.
