This album by Bananarama has two great songs on it, and the rest are simply mediocre.

I Heard a Rumour was a big hit and deservedly so. It is a pure and fun pop song. The other great song is I Can't Help It and it is a great dance song.

The majority of the remaining songs are upbeat pop songs, but none of them really stand out too much. The album pretty much seems like a whole lot of filler to me.

Song of the songs are just a little too trite for my taste. Love in the First Degree, Strike it Rich, and Some Girls are songs that have no substance to them and they aren't even fun in a pop song way. At least with Nathan Jones (a cover of a Supremes song) it sounds like they are actually trying.

This album is pretty worthless for my tastes. The two best songs are available on their greatest hits CD's, so I would suggest picking those up and leaving this CD alone.
