Reviewing: Band Aid Adhesive Strips Plus Antibiotic
Purchased at: Safeway     Price: $3.69 USD

Recently I had a bad cut on my finger that I managed to re-injure a few times because of the location of the cut. When you cut your fingers or hands, it is hard to keep the location of the cut clean and impact free.

As most people are, I am always busy with my hands and especially at work. I split my eight hour shift between bookkeeping and floral work. Surprisingly, the bookkeeping is almost as hard on my hands as the floral work. Between paper cuts and bruises from hurrying all the time, I almost always have some kind of issue going on with my hands!

It wasnt until I began to use the Band-Aid Adhesive Strips with antibiotic that this particular cut began to quickly heal. I had to keep the band-aid on all the time (including night time), but, finally, I began to see results. With the antibiotic on the band-aid, I would say it took about three days to heal. That antibiotic really did the trick, and I have no scarring from the cut.

This Band-Aid was comfortable to wear, not too big for my finger, and stayed on well.

It is a little expensive, I admit, but I appreciate the convenience of having the antibiotic right there and ready to do it's magic.

I really like these band-aids with the antibiotic on them. They're nice to carry with you in your purse, tote bag, gym bag, etc. You never know when you might need one!

You don't have any oozing of an antibiotic cream out the sides either.

Exactly Sharkey! I think the antibiotic is neosporin, so it really does speed healing. They are well worth the extra costs.

How handy is this? A bandaid with medicine already on it!

I've been using regular Band-Aid strips and they work well to protect the injured spot from dirt, rubbing, etc., but I guess I will switch to these now - adding antibiotic that will actually help the wound heal is a great idea!

I use these for my son who does not like it when I put medicine on his boo boo's.

Sounds great thanks for sharing, and I'm thinking these will not be anymore expensive when you think you won't have to buy the antibiotic to use with a regular band aid.

Sounds like this product understands our needs. Two for one product is always a great design. I love this bandaid too and think it's worth the extra money.

When you consider the price of band aids and antibiotic ointment sold separately; you really are not paying that much more. Even so as long as there is good protection from infection then the price is worth it. This sounds like a product I will be buying. Thanks for the information.
