Band Aid Sheer Extra Large Bandages By Karen on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

Band-Aid Brand Adhesive Bandages have always done a great job for my family and myself. My husband is a diabetic, and recently he developed a sore on the bottom of his foot. As any diabetic knows, this can be really dangerous. So he started wearing the Sheer Extra Large Bandages on it, since they were big enough to cover the area and not stick to the wound itself. There are 10 sterile, all one size bandages in the box, and they are designed for larger cuts and scrapes. They're especially good for knees and elbows.

Well, thankfully, my husband's wound healed nicely, and I'm sure the Band-Aid Bandages helped. The large size is 4" x 1 3/4 ", so any large wounds you may have will benefit from a bandage this size.

I've always liked Band-Aid Brand Bandages, and I've used different sizes at various times in my life for different types of wounds. Once I even tried the Tweety Bird Bandages (I happen to like him) just for fun.

Band-Aid Brand Adhesive Bandages are very good for keeping wounds dry and clean and helping them heal.
