Bank Of America Checking Savings By Tensixmom on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

Bank of America is a fairly large bank on the west coast. At my particular bank the tellers are constantly changing and it is rare to go in and have the same teller ever. This makes customer service difficult for them. They are friendly enough but the service area is lacking as most of them are new. Bank of America offers a number of services for its customers and has special programs they run quite a bit. Currently their account promotion is the "Keep The Change" account. They will round all debit transactions to the nearest dollar and deposit the difference to your savings account. Their bank fees are outrageous, but not anymore than any other bank that charges fees in the area. I am not sure why any bank charges fees anymore, or why people still continue to pay them. Bank of America charges fees for just about anything that you do including taking money from the ATM, and using the automated system. This would not be my first choice with banks.
