I have been a customer at Bank of America for about 7 years now. I use their online banking almost everyday. It allows me to log on confidentially. It is fast and very user friendly. I am able to access all of my accounts online. I can see the current balance, what is pending, what has been debited, and what has been credited to my accounts. I am also able to transfer funds and reorder checks online. You can read up on other services/accounts, and open an account online. A couple of times I have also had to contact Customer Service online, and both times I got a quick response, my questions were answered, and my problems were resolved. I highly recommend Bank of America and their online services to anyone.
