Bank with Wells Fargo
By BrookeTx onI have been with Wells Fargo since 1997 although there were a few times I wanted to through the check book at them ultimantly I am still banking with them.
Overall, over the past eleven years I have been happen with Wells Fargo and the services that they offer! I enjoy being able to check my account and balance online and also being able to see what has gone through my account or what is pending.
Wells Fargo also offers savings accounts, money market accounts, CD's, mortgages, credit cards, loans and much more.They have great 24 hour customer service. I recently applied for a credit card with Wells Fargo and am impressed with the quick decision and low interest rate.
However I know a few people that have been charged (a few dollars) because they called customer service with a question which the customer could have found by looking on their banking account.
I personally would fight it if it was me, but it has not happened to me.All in all, I am happy with Wells Fargo and will be happy to remain a customer there.
I'm amazed a bank could receive 5 / 5 stars...just not in their makeup :-D Sorry to the bankers on the board.
I really have been happy with Wells Fargo! No problems at all and I have been extremely pleased with their customer service and range of services!
If I were said to despise a bank it is Wells Fargo. Out here in northern California, most stores carry Wells Fargo ATM's which don't allow you to do much of anything. In fact many major services won't transact with Wells because of exorbitant fees. Add to that, they "lost" $728.00 out of our account years ago, and never made it good. Though I'm glad you are having better luck with them, this is the LASt place I'd ever bank with.
Froggy, that is horrible! How could a bank just lose your money and not make it good? I would stay away from them for sure!
I've heard good things about WF here in the midwest. And they have been very supportive of non-profits such as the trail association I'm involved with.
I bought my siding through this company, they were pretty good. I had no complaints.
