This is another one of my grand daughter's favorite magical BARBIE DVD's. It is BARBIE as RAPUNZEL. We purchased it at the WalMart SuperCenter for only five bucks. My grand daughter is 3 and a half years old and just loves BARBIE anything. This RAPUNZEL DVD is full of magical characters and Barbie is just beautiful with her long, long blonde hair. Rapunzel is kept hidden away as a servant by the evil Gothel and guarded by Hugo the dragon. There is a dark forest that keeps the castle hidden away. Rapunzel accidentally discovers a magical paintbrush one day and is able to paint pictures and leave the castle through the picture that she painted. While Rapunzel is out one day she meets the handsome Prince Stefan. He does not tell her his name so that when the evil Gothel asks her the name of the young man Rapunzel is telling the truth when she says that she does not know his name. Gothel locks Rapunzel away but through her love she is able to bring peace and live happily every after. Barbie as Rapunzel is so sweet and has so much love for everyone that her love overcomes the evil. I always loved Barbie when I was a child and I am so happy to see my grand daughter see these fairy tale come to life. This DVD was worth much more than five dollars. I highly recommend BARBIE as RAPUNZEL.
