Barbie's Tawny Horse By krismom on - Updated Sep 18, 2011

My daughter received this as a Christmas gift (and was ecstatic about it!) and literally two minutes after playing with it the right leg just fell off. After spending an hour trying to repair it, nothing would make it stay on. So we ended up exchanging it for another which is made just as bad. We are afraid to let her play with it for any length of time because we are afraid it will collapse. Basically, if you put Barbie in the saddle it seems the weight makes it slow down and stop working. On its own, when walking on a hard surfce the horse works fine. I have read other reviews that said the hair gets tangled in the legs, but it stays perfectly straight!! The hair practically never gets tangled at all. My daughter enjoys this toy and will undoubtedly play with it for along time- but I would have liked to see it manufactured better.
