I first started using Bare Escentuals powder foundation and other cosmetics back in November of 2007. At the time I was still experiences moderate/extreme breakouts all over my face, but after familiarizing myself with the product, it not only covered the imperfections in my skin quite nicely, but it didn't irritate my already sensitive skin.

I believe Bare Escentuals is a fantastic product; whether you need light and minimal coverage, or have blemishes you want to conceal.

The only problem I've experienced with the product is flaking and excess powder on my face from time to time, but I've found that applying a thin layer of moisturizer after using the product helps the powder to set.

It is somewhat expensive, but the "trial size" foundation powder in the "Get Started" set lasted me 4 months, and the brushes are just now starting to get a little frayed around the edges, overall a great value!
