I recently went to the Bare Escentuals store to check out Mineral Makeup for the first time. I have problem skin, that tends towards oily and is known to get zitty if circumstances permit. I also have extensive experience with makeup and have worked as a professional makeup artist for a time, so I was not intimidated by the idea of applying powder foundation with brushes, nor with the prospect of using several shades and highlights, blushes, etc. to achieve the right "look".

I was thrilled to find that this brand works excellently for me. I never look oily, and my skin has never looked better. The ability to create the right color for my skin allows me so much freedom and creativity, as does the "warmth" powder, which I can choose to use all over for a bronzed effect, or not at all and select my own blusher if I want additional color. This really is not a one-size-fits-all brand, they know you'll have your own skin issues and work with you to find what works.

I will be buying this foundation for the rest of my forseeable future.
