While the entire Bare Escentuals line of cosmetics is wonderful, the true miracle worker is their Well-Rested eyeshadow base. It is the only product I have ever tried that lives up to the promise of minimizing dark circles under the eyes. The product itself is a small container of yellow powder, applied by a brush. It is very easy to apply--I'm a moron when it comes to makeup and I have no problem putting it on. The entire application process takes about a minute. Well-Rested brightens the eyes, making you look...well-rested! It works on all kinds of skin tones, as well. My aunt, who is very tan, is the one who turned me on to it, and it looked just as good on her as it did on my ghostly pale face. It is also an eyeshadow base, so it's not just meant to be underneath the eyes. Put it on your lids and your eyeshadow will stay in place all day long.
