Bargain Comforter Designer Look! By Sparkle333 on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

Recently, when I was redecorating a guest bedroom, I couldn't find the special comforter that I desired. So I decided to purchase a temporary fix. At the price that I got this comforter, there was nothing to lose. I was looking for something in a dark teal color, but never could find one. So instead, I purchased this lovely light teal reversible comforter. It is a beige color on the opposite side, which I am sure that I will never use. But the light aqua color is really beautiful. The set came with the comforter and 2 standard pillow shams. To bring in the darker teal, I put a deep teal quilt on the edge of the bed, and some deep teal accent pillows at the head. I was so shocked to see how elegant my $24.99 Full/Queen Comforter actually looked. It had a designer feel to it!

The feel of the material is out of this world! It has a brushed Micro Fiber cover, that feels almost like the lightest suede, but it's completely machine-washable. It has a down alternative polyester fill, and it's not so heavy that it weighs you down at night.

It's funny how sometimes necessity is the mother of invention, and what you create comes out better than what you imagined!
