Bean Soy All Natural Candles Red Wine Roses By AutumnRose on - Updated Oct 15, 2011
I am a frequent eBay user so when I began my search for an organic candle my first stop was the auction site. When I typed "organic candle" into the eBay search engine I was presented with a multitude of choices. All were candles made from soy. I decided to support a fellow Canadian and buy from a seller going by the name "beansoycandle." The picture of the candles looked very inviting. The descripion sounded like exactly what I was looking for; a clean burning, biodegradable candle. I had only recently learned that the candles that I had been burning for years contained toxic elements that are believed to cause cancer. What a shock! The marvelous little wax creations that make an atmosphere so warm and inviting may have been harming myself and my family.
It took less than a week for my candles to arrive in the mail . When I opened the package I could smell the candles right away. The smell was strong, but not overpowering. The scent that I had ordered is called "Red Wine & Roses" and it did not disappoint. The candles smell simply wonderful. I couldn't resist lighting one right away. I'm sure a larger candle would have dispersed the scent more efficiently, but the tealights didn't let size stop them from making the room smell terrific. I didn't actually time it, but I would say one tealight burned for about 3-4 hours. I went through all six pretty quickly. I can't wait to order more from the website, www.beansoycandle.com.
Because the candles do not contain any dyes or additives they are white in colour. Instead of making them seem plain, I think it makes them seem clean. Knowing that they won't harm the health of my family or myself makes me feel clean, too.
I highly recommend these candles and their seller. If you are interested in soy candles, their website is definitely worth having a look at.

These organic candles sound lovely Autumn Rose. I love the scent of wine and roses. Yumm:)
Wow, I didn't realize they had organic candles. I do like soy candles tho because if the wax drips or gets on your skin it's not as hot as regular candle wax.
Thank you for that information. I would be happier burning organic soy candles than releasing toxic elements into the air from a mass produced candle.
