Bahari beach resort is situated in the coastal town of Kenya. The coast is most popularly known as Mombasa and it has tourists flocking during the peak seasons to experience the 'Tan' of beautifull Kenya.

Bahari is a kiswahili word meaning, ' A Sea'. It's a place of sheer beauty and sunny environment and has beach apartments right in front of a spectecular sea view.

I visited Bahari resorts when my mum paid a visit to Kenya last year. I always wanted to give her a unique holiday since she had undergone a minor operation and deserved a stress free and relaxed vacation.

Bahari beach hotel has a beach where one would definately fall in love with the sea view. The smooth sands and the long walks on the beach makes one feel heaven.

The beach has friendly vendors who sell traditional kenyan items like, beach wears, trendy jewelries, as well as wooden carvings of animals.

If you are lucky enough you can even meet maasai's who are very friendly people wearing red attires and carrying long spears.

Bahari beach is excellent in everyway and one feels so much at ease in the midst of a friendly environment and staffs who are loyal and caring to help us in everyway.

Bahari resorts has a play area for children too and that makes it even more interesting.

The meals are all so traditional with a vast selection to choose from.

It was indeed the best holiday I had ever spent with my mother.
