Beavis and Butt Head for Sega Genesis is just like what you get on TV. Except that you're the one in control of them now. It can be quite fun to play, just for the sake of fun.

Gameplay. In one player mode, you get to switch between Beavis and Butt Head to wreak crazy havoc over the neighborhood. It can be quite twisted, just like the show, but if you love Beavis and Butt Head from the TV then you'll love this as well. You get points that you can use to buy weapons. You have to collect items in the different levels that you can use to complete your tasks.

You have to start thinking like them, out to play the pranks. All in all, this is a game that you don't have to be too serious about. For the fun of it, I'd recommend adding this one to your Sega Genesis collection.
