This is truly a bed fit for a Queen (OK a King if you are a guy). I love going to bed at night and before you think wow this is way to expensive for a bed, let me explain.
This is a solid oak bed with a headboard that really can almost be a dresser. The headboard has a mirror on the back of it with two center shelves. The bottom shelf has 3 sections with holes to drop wires down if you want to put something electric on it. It also has 2 side little cubbys with doors (good for your books). There are two spot lights on the headboard which work really well for reading.
The bed itself has 8 drawers (4 on each side) and 2 cupboards (1 one each side) The drawers are a nice size I can fit 6 sweaters in each drawer comfortably.
At the base of the bed is 2 doos that swing open to a huge storage space. The storage space goes all the way to end of the bed. There is plenty of room to hide all kind of goodies under there. I don't have a basement so storage space if very precious to me!
This is a water bed but not your typical ride the wave water bed. There are 10 seperate tubes that you fill up. You decide how soft or hard you want the bed to be. Best part, if I get tired of the tubes in can fit any king size matteress in it.
The only bad thing as you can imagine this bed is not easily moved, so if you like re-arranging furniture this won't do. I only have one wall that a bed would fit on so it doesn't bother me.
I love this bed, actually it is a piece of furniture and I know that it is something that can be passed down for generations!

Very nice looking bed. I see there are little cubby's on the sides? I think I'd be stashing some treats in there instead of books LOL ! I like the look of this bed and I love going to Furniture Row!
I like the little cubbies on the side. That would be a big plus for me as I also don't have a lot of storage space

I love the look of your bed! You have it set up very nicely. I used to have one of those "ride the wave" water beds and loved it!
I love sleeping on water! It supports your entire body perfectly. We had a mattress for years with the water in the middle. About the same price as yours. It gave us the most restful sleep we ever had in a bed-period.
Oh, I love it! I used to own a water bed until I learned the hard way that water beds and feather pillows do not mix. Waking up soaked is not fun at all.
With a bed like this, I would never want to get out of it! It looks like a peaceful sanctuary!
This sure beats our old water bed. I really like all the storage.
