When we got this as a gift from a friend I immediately thought "What I have done to you?" This toy makes a lot of noise. But after it kept my little one entertained on a 2 hour car trip, I was much happier. It's not just a steering wheel and a horn. The Learn and Discover Driver teaches kids about matching. The rollers on the front spin when you turn the wheel. You try to match the shapes, numbers or letters. There's also a mirror my little one loved staring into. You turn it on and off with a "key" and unlike other electronic toys I've had, this one stays off. My only complaint is one of the phrases it repeats is "Out of the way!" It gets a little annoying hearing that over and over again. Overall, I think this is a fun toy with some educational value. But it may annoy adults quickly because of the repetitive sounds.
