Belly Button Book by Sandra Boynton is the story about a bunch of hippos that love their belly buttons. The main character in the book is a little baby hippo who can't say belly button, but can only say bee bo. It is a small board book and is 24 pages long.
This is a very cute book with very good illustrations, like all of Sandra Boynton books have. It is cute to hear my daughter repeat bee bo after all of the pages in the book. In fact, my daughter refers to the book as bee bo!
It is a good story to read before bed time. It calms and relaxes my daughter and also provides some humor in reading about the hippos and all their belly button activities.
This a great book to read to your child. I'm sure they will be walking around saying bee bo after reading the story a couple of times.
