Bench Press in Gym..........Build your body

INTRODUCTIONS : --

Today everybody goes gym for always fit and shape his/her body . If you do gym , then you must use Weight Bench or Bench Press . This Benches improve your chest and back body muscles , it should do with heavy weight or light for beginners . Your body should be straight during doing exercise . This Bench is very important part of whole gym .
