Benefit's That Gal: Nice...But Not Worth The Price By marnm02 on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

This brightening primer really does make a difference. Worn alone, it gives my skin a natural looking glow, while shrinking my pores a little bit. If I put foundation on over it, it helps the foundation go on smoother, and the whole look is a little bit more glow-y, and the foundation seems to last longer.

The packaging is very nice. A twist dispensing tube which stays very nice and clean and is easy to apply. I also love the fragarance of this product. Light and fruity. It doesn't seem to clog my pores either, like some primers have done in the past.

All of these features of this product are great, and since this product was a Christmas present, I am happy to have it. I don't think I'll re-purchase though, because I just don't think it is worth $25. It is a decent product, but for how subtle the effects are, it really isn't worth the high price tag. If the price was ever lowered by about $10 I would probably re-purchase and use to give myself that extra bit of pretty on those days when I'm feeling kind of crummy.
