Bene Protein By Jackson5 on - Updated Oct 15, 2011
As a person who has had gastric bypass surgery I had to come up with ways in which to get more protein in. This was PERFECT!! It's made by the company that does BeneFiber.
It's a powder than you can add to anything (including water) to get in more protein. It's a great product for those who need to increase their protein intake.
Not only do I use it for me, but I also include it in my sons' foods because he is allergic to eggs and nuts (main sources of protein)
Pro: Taste-less, easy to measure
Con: Can add a little 'grit' feeling to come foods, but after a while you don't notice.
I highly recommend this product to ANYONE needing more protein in their diets.
