I recently bought some Propel fitness water and I love it. The flavor I bought was called Berry. It came in a 16.9 FL oz bottle. I really enjoyed the flavor and it did not have a really bad after taste like some vitamin waters that I have tried in the past. There are lots of vitamins in this product which are very good for you and not harmful to your body like soda or other sugary drinks. Propel also has antioxidants in it to flush all the bad stuff out of your body. Berry is just one of the many flavors available from Propel. Most people should be able to find a flavor they like. The cost of the product was $13.96 for 12 bottles. I know this may seem a bit exspensive but it works out to be as cheap as plain bottled water. I would recommend this product because of the health benifets you can get from it. If you like flavored water you will really like propel. If you like Gatorade but want to reduce your callorie intake, Propel is a great solution. It also has fewer sugars as well. A 16 oz bottle has only 20 calories per bottle. That is great deal less than a 12 oz soda that has 150 calories per serving. To me Propel is the way to go when trying to be more healthy.
