I absolutley love Green Tea. The flavor, texture and the smell. I loved it before I knew all the amazing helath benefits even. I try to get different brands and different kinds.

I've tried Liptons hot and cold teas with the citrus flavors. Very good drinks but some of them can be rather pricey. My mom went shopping and found a little box of Green Tea for a dollar by Best Choice. It is a normal not out of the ordinary cardboard box labeled Green Tea...very simple, and has 24 indivually wrapped tea bags inside.

As with everything I stick my nose to it for the smell, really nice smell almost mouth watering. So, moving on to the next test I prepare it as normal and get ready for the taste. The tea bag doesn't have to sit very long for it to almost be over powering. That can be really good or bad depending on how you like your tea.

I drink Green Tea, when I have it, 3-5 days a week and I always enjoy it. As I mentioned early it's very healthy for you which is also another good reason to drink it. It is used to treat Multiple sclerosis, to treat and prevent cancer, stop alzheimers, parkinsons, it raises the metabolism and reduces the risk of heart diseas! That's not even all of them I'm sure I could fill up several pages on the benefits and now that I mention it I have actually been dropping pretty good pounds this year (I don't have room to work out.)
