Best Grip Pen
By janetlynn onPentel RSVP Pens write extremely smooth and also have a comforting rubber type grip.
This set came with 5 full size pens in the following colors: 1 blue, 1 black, 1 red, 1 green and 1 purple.
I have to admit that the purple is my favorite but I also like pink, which I didn't get in this set. I find each of these pens, regardless of color, write well and if you do a lot of writing, they don't hurt your fingers. The ink colors are dark enough that you can use them for important tasks, like writing a check. There are other colored ink pens out there that don't write as vibrant, so I normally don't use anything but black or blue. Pentel pens are different.
I have a tendency when writing to grib my pen a little too tight and before I know it, there is a huge dent in my finger from grasping it so hard. But the Pentel pens are a little larger in the barrel and longer than a normal pen. This allows for more weight to the pen and really does make writing easier. It's almost like you have more control over the pen, if you know what I mean?
Pentel pens can be found at Wal-Mart and Office Supply Stores. I did not find them at Target, but it could have just been the Target by us not carrying them.
You can also purchase these pens in a single or double package.
If you're in the market for a decent writing pen that is actually inexpensive, give a Pentel RSVP pen a try. The quality and longevity of these pens is wonderful.

oh I love these pens. I also grip a pen to tight and like the cushioned ones, purple is my favorite color too.
These are great pens and they use to sell them in metallic colors also. I took the lavender one into a bank once and the bank teller saw it and said let me get you a real ink pen to sign with. LOL These are great inkpens. The metallic ones ran out of ink quickly but their "real" ink pens are wonderful. They are about the only ones I use.
