Best High Chair: Stokke By Bobbielea on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I am a big fan of getting the most bang for my buck. I also like things to be handed down from kid to kid. Thus my investment in the stokke highchair. I was actually lucky that my mom purchased this for me. The high chair has been around since the 1970's and is both simple and elegant. I love the fact that you just slide it up to your dinner table. It is adjustable for baby sizes all the way up to adult. It looks great it my kitchen. we went with black just to keep it neutral in case we end up with boys too. Every play-date we have, all the kids want to sit in the one highchair we have. Kids love it and so do parents. I think the cost is around $300 but it is solid wood and very durable. It could easily return a lot of your investment by reselling on Craigslist or somewhere. we will use ours for our grandchildren hopefully! It is so easy to use and clean. Very safe as well. I have read reviews where some kids have pushed off the table and flipped the chair, but we never have had that kind of problem. It depends on the table and child I guess!
