It is kind of hard for a mom to see her kids get hurt but that is something I can't avoid. On the other hand, it is my time to teach my kids on how to treat themselves on their own on some minor wounds they might get while playing, running, etc. Bruises, minor scratches and cuts are some of the things my kids usually get into. Povidone-Iodine Betadine is my trusted first-aid wound remedy for the family. We have been using it for years now and we are happy with its performance. My kids automatically look for it when they get wounded and they are not afraid of it because they understand what it is for. Application is so easy. I just clean the wound with alcohol, dry it and swab it with cotton with Betadine. It is so effective of healing the wound fast and I prove it to myself many times especially when I have slight cuts from a knife while chopping. Infection is the first and foremost concern when it comes to wounds and this one is so effective for safe, fast and hassle-free wound treatment.
