Better Basketball is a series of training videos for those aspiring to become the next basketball phenoms, improve their game a notch or just maintain their already budding skills at top level. Better Basketball - Better Ball Handling is one of the 7 videos the company endorses and the one I happened to purchase.

My experience : excellent. Online, it would be difficult to find a free video that will give you all the ins and outs of Ball Handling that you'll need to be a great dribbler. With Better Basketball, you have to pay a little, but it's well worth the $29.95.

It's split into 7 chapters. The first gives you an overview of the dribbling states you will need to apply in a game. Another teaches you 115 different drills, most of which are direction-variable (meaning you can reverse the direction of these drills, turning one drill into two). The last few chapters are short but focus on teaching the good stuff, the moves that you always see anklebreakers do on TV, the techniques that leave defenders in the dust.

Overall, a great buy for anyone dedicated to basketball since basketball starts at the dribble of a ball.
