My husband and I regularly shop at a health food store not too far from where we live and one of the perks is that we get a few natural health magazines for makingpurchases.One of them is "Better Nutrition",which focuses on different areas of health in each issue.For instance,in their January 2008 issue, they dealt with the topic of weight loss and how to achieve it naturally.The articles cover a lot of information, yet are written in such a way that just about anybody can understand them.Every issue describes how various foods can aid in altering many health conditions for the better, offering lists of specific foods and herbs, recipes, tips and information on products you can purchase. So many people don't know that just changing their diet could add years to their lives.I've found more wise advice in "Better Nutrition" than I do in many other magazines that I have to shell out major bucks for.Anybody who desires to find out more about practical ways to use nutrition to heal their body should stop by their local health food store and see if there are any copies of "Better Nutrition" available.
