I am the main person who goes grocery shopping for our family but I try to do this quickly. I don't enjoy grocery shopping and I'm not big on trying new things, though I will do it. I am not actually the person that found these cookies. It was my mom. She was going grocery shopping and was looking for a cake mix, when she ran into these. They are quite cheap and super easy to use. They taste just like if you mixed all the ingredients and made them from scratch. This is such a great and easy to use.

All you have to do is add 1/2 cup of butter (make sure it's very soft but not microwaved or you'll have super greasy cookies) and 1 egg. Then you stir it all together and finish up with the batter like you would regularly do with your cookie dough. This one pack doesn't make a ton of cookies, but it makes enough and it's so easy and great.
