The BH Fitness SB2 Spin Bike is one of the best and most effective exercise bikes I've ever tried and owned. My family and I have used most days for a very long time and there has been no troubles with it at all.this bike has changed my life and especcially my body figure. My legs are about ten times as strong. The exercise bike is fantastic because you can change how hard you peddal. For me I like it nice and hard but for my mother she like a small and easy work out so with one button she can change it to a easy level of difficulty. The bike is quite small and could fit into most rooms. You can even put it into the lounge room and watch television. The bike doesn't make any noises which is great for the nearby television watches who only want to listen to the tv and not most loud exercise machienes.
