Bic Atlantis Pencil By tbk06 on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

Just your average mechanical pencil. Reliable as long as you don't over feed it with lead, the eraser is also a bit larger than on most mechanical pencils which is a plus. The clear case looks somewhat stylish considering the price. The 0.7 lead also adds to the smoothness of the writing as compared to 0.5 size lead which has a tendency to break when you apply too much preasure. This pencil can probably hold around 15-20 pieces of lead so that you don't have to keep reloading it with new lead. The head also withdraws so that you don't accidentally poke anything or harm your hands when trying to reach for it within your bookbag. It is made of plastic so it does have the chance of snapping in half if you're not careful with it. Just don't do anything that you wouldn't normally do with a pencil and it will last you.
