I don't have a favorite brand of razors and I'm usually not too picky when buying razors, so I picked up a package of Bic Silky Touch Razors last week when I was at the store because I am familiar with Bic products and these were on sale.

These razors are the single blade variety, but unlike the name of the product would have you believe, these razors were anything but silky touch. I used one of the razors last week and found that it was an awful experience. The single blade was not silky at all. These Bic razors left my legs burning, bleeding (in a few spots), and with a rash the next day. Needless to say, I did not dare to use another one again.

So my opinion of Bic Silky Touch Razors is not a positive one. In the past I have used other varieties of Bic--single blade and double blade and I have never been unhappy. However, this product was a huge disappointment to me, and I would not recommend it to anyone else.
