I go through a lot of ink pens between work and school. I picked up a pack of these Bic ultra round stick grip pens, black ink last week. I was not really impressed with the preformance of these pens. The ink 'skips' so often that I want to scream, and I have thrown away 5 pens out of frustration already!
I think that these Bic pens are cheaply made, and they are really low quality. I probabaly won't ever buy these again, unless I desperately need pens, and I have no other option.
I was not only disappointed with the lack of color selection, I also don't like that the pens are only available in a ten pack. Maybe I am just quirky, or hard to please, but I would not recommend the Bic Ultra Round Stick grip pens to anyone!

Hmm sounds like the quality has gone down in these pens, either that or you got an old package with dried out ink. These are a good everyday pen usually,sorry you had so much trouble. I haven't purchased them in a few years so maybe it is a quality issue.
Argh my pet peeve ink pens that work then quit then work then quit! Thanks for the warning. :)
