Overall, the Bic Wite-Out Shake' n Squeeze Correction Pen does the job, but a lot of hassle is involved. During the first few uses it works well, but after that, it's all downhill. Even with the cap in place, the tip of the pen dries out and it is almost impossible to get it unstuck. After you get it unstuck, it leaves marks from the metal onto the piece of paper you are trying to correct. It will cover the mistake that you have, However, if you try to write on it, it stays gooey, and it is very noticeable that the document has been whited out. If you are faxing the document, this is not visible. You shake it in order to make it write, and althought the center of the pen is squooshy, it is still a little big and clunky. So don't plan on using this after a few uses, because you will just get frustrated.
