I like the big buttons on this phone as long as I have it in my bedroom and need to make a call without my eyeglasses. I most perfer this phone on my desk though since it is not a cordless phone and can be used when the electricity goes out. I do not rate this phone very highly on appearance or ease of use except the ease of the big buttons. I would say this phone is more complicated to use without reading the instructions. With this in mind, I do not use all of the features that this phone has. This phone has big buttons for Memory, Police, Fire, and Ambulance so with that in mind I rate this Radio Shack Big Button phone higher on the extra features' rating. I gave a low rating on ease of use because of the complexity of using the phone's features.
