I have used my Big Mouth Food Processor only a few times. When I use it, I really like it, but it seems a hassle to get out, use, clean, and put away just to slice a tomato or shred carrots. It is easier to get out a cutting board and knife or shredder and do it myself. This very large food processor does great work though when I use it. It can slice, chop, and shred a variety of veggies. One of my favorite things to use it for is to make hummus or salsa. I can put in the ingredients and keep adding more until I have made my recipe. I also like to shred cabbage and lettuce which is not so easily done by hand. It does disassemble quite easily and the bowl, lid, and blades are dishwasher safe. There is one spot on the lid that does not always come clean and this bugs me. Overall, this is a great food processor which I do recommend if you need a food processor.
