I first purhased this product for muscle spasms and osteoarthritis pain. I bought the product at a local drug store, but found it to be less expensiveon Ebay. The 3 oz roll on applicator is a convient way to apply leaving the hands free of the contact to gel. The spray is also effective and easy application. The most cost effeiciant is likely the 4 oz tube of gel.
This product is greaseless, stainless, and has a quickly vanishing scent.. It is considered a cryotherapy-Cold method.
It is best for chronic pain users to use daily, not just during a flare. It works effectivly to keep levels down, although it is effective during flare ups also. I first started using this product for asteo-arthritis in my knees. I now find it very effective for carpal tunnel, ulnar tunner pain and also shoulder spsams.
I have used this from the tube and was unaware that it came with a roll on applicator. That sounds so convenient! While I personally prefer heat, in the dead of summer I do switch to the cold, when needed, and this stuff is COLD!
