Biofreeze Rub with ILEX

I was in a car accident in May of 2003. I have had two back surgeries and my doctor wanted to discuss neck surgery with me, however im not interested. As a result I am always looking for something to temporarily relieve pain. Now my second back surgery took wonderfully, but I still have a dull ache in my back almost always as anyone who has had back surgery would know. I also have a bum knee from a fall I took on Mothers Day of 2008.

While at Physical Surgery one day I purchased this Biofreeze Rub, been using it for about two months now, and it really does seem to help temporarily relieve the pain. I really like using it at night beacause it helps me get past it long enough to get to sleep.

Cryotherapy - The Cold Method. It is greaseless, stainless, and has a vanishing scent. The active ingredient is Natural Menthol USP 3.5.%. It can be used for arthritis, backache, strains & spains,sore muscles & joints. It has a little tingle when applied, but doesnt get extremely hot, like Icy Hot.
