Biore does it right with their deep cleansing pore strips. Let me explain.

I got these simply because I wanted my nose clean and I was tired of scrubbing hard on it to gets the pores empty. The nose is one of the most visible places we get dirt in the pores, and if you squeeze your nose in certain spots you can squeeze the crap out.

However, these pore cleansing strips do the job much, much better.

I use them once a week, and I find them to be very effective. You apply them on the nose and leave them for 15 minutes. The strip connects to the face, so when you pull it off it removes any dirt in your pores.

If you have time on the weekend or in the evening, you don't even remember you have it on. After pulling it off, you can tell it works because of all the dirt you can see on the strip.

I also find I feel a little better after use because my face feels cleaner. It also slightly improves breathing, but that is secondary.
